Make sure your file is made in high resolution (300 px or more) in the format 1300x1700 px.
If you upload a file that is larger, we will crop it for you.

The following formats we accept: .png, .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .ai, or .psd.
For the best result, it is best to save your file in CMYK color code. (.pdf, .eps, .ai, or .psd)

Pro Tip: if there is a lot of black in your design, use this CMYK formula to get pure black in your print: C 60, M 40, Y 40, K 100

We will always contact you after placing a custom order by email to confirm the file.
If we have concerns about the quality of your file, we will always inform you and fix the problem.

This Pyro Torch is one of our Custom products, which is available in the
colors black, red, or blue (the lighter itself).

Production time for this product is longer than for our other products.
